Howard and Johnna come for a visit

This is probably the smallest blog post I've made ;) I didn't take many pics this week. Monday, Tana had her 1 year old check up at the doctor, she weighs 24.5 pounds and is 31 3/4" tall. 98% for both. Their pediatrician made the comment that maybe I need to put my children in a museum so people can see how amazing they are :) Tana is starting to use a spoon...he said that was supposed to be a 15-18 month old activity...anyway I think they're pretty amazing :) Tana is saying a few words, but mostly signs. She says 'mom', 'mama', 'dada', 'baybee', 'oh', 'hi', 'zzsticka', and 'num num num'...oh yeah and she makes that refreshing sound after she drinks "ahh" :) She signs 'eat', 'drink', 'more', 'bath', 'dog', 'bunny', 'turtle', 'bird', 'book', 'all done'...I think I'm forgetting some. The other day Laney put the green bath toy getter on her head and said she was a 'hoo man'...sorta like a human maybe. Howard and Johnna came down for a visit Tuesday through Thursday. They made very quick friends with both girls, although Tana wasn't so sure about Howard's mustache tickling her face. Next week maybe I'll have more...I must be forgetting tons but I just can't think of anything.
