"woot, woot"
Scott's buckle from back in October...couldn't remember if I'd posted or not :)
Girls headed to a neighbor's bday party in November...can't remember if I posted.
Tana likes to go "camping" under the sink in the cabinet in the bathroom with her flashlight.
Scott's cousin Jack and Marnie and their girls Maddie and Julie came by for a short visit on their way back to CA after Thanksgiving.
Our ginormous Christmas tree as Laney would call it.
The girls went to some friends house and played in their dress up clothes...cracked me up!
Laney's prescool class...Tana sitting with her for their last story of the day.
The ginormous Christmas tree is now INSIDE :) thanks to Great Grandpa Cork and Gary.
The girls with their ballet teacher Miss Lindsay.
Cookie taking a dunk in the tub...she got caught brushing her teeth with Tana's toothbrush yesterday and Tana was a bit bent about it being her toothbrush.
OK...just warning you about not posting this next week. The girls and I are headed back to WY to help my wonderful husband in the cold with the cows for a bit before Christmas. I'm traveling as light as possible so not bringing the laptop...but I will take pics and post when we get back.
Some funny things Tana has been saying lately:
when we read the books about Biscuit, Biscuit says "woof, woof"...Tana says "woot, woot" sounds like foot with a 'w'...so cute!
She says yesterday at dinner "da big bad woot is weely weely carey"
and then when you ask her how old she is she says "three" and holds up her pointer finger, her middle finger, and her pinkie...she holds her ring finger down...so cute!
Laney's preschool performed their Christmas songs for a retirement home here on Thursday. They sang "Away in the Manger" and "Jingle Bells" and "We wish you a Merry Christmas". When they got done singing they all walked around and said hi and hugged the old folks. Laney comes over to me and asks me so sincerely "Mom, do we know these grammas and grampas?" So cute!
Last night Laney's preschool performed again at the auditorium at her school and she and Tana performed their ballet routine with the baby ballet class. Seriously precious! They only started ballet the Saturday after Thanksgiving, Laney got moved to the front and center next to the teacher's daughter whose 5 and has been dancing for a long time...she's very good for 5...and Laney soared! She is such a fast learner and did so amazing last night. Tana did the dance AND sang with the music, it was so adorable. I have it on video...I have to post it it two clips. The first and second half...it's a must watch!
Have a very Merry Christmas!
