Ballet Finale, Happy Mother's Day

I forgot how much I love pink tutus :) Laney and Tana had their dance recital (as much as I hate that word...Aunt B and Grandma Debby know what I mean) and it was SOO precious. Their dance was the Sleeping Flower and they were the cutest dance that night! I'll post a video. They have both improved so much since last fall when they started. After they were done dancing they played on the playground in their costumes...just couldn't get enough of those giant pink roses in their hair...tu tu cute! k, sorry!
For Mother's Day we drove up to Prescott, AZ to a roping. It was really windy and kinda cool. Compared to WY it was a heat wave, but chilly compared to what I'd been used to. Mid 50's and wind. When the sun came out it was really nice, but it was in and out of the clouds all day. I had a great day roping! I won 3rd in the 9 roping out of 300 teams. Won some money and a new saddle pad. I won a fast time in the 8 roping and was one hole out of the money in that roping. Overall, a wonderful Mother's Day. Scott and the girls surprised me with a card and red roses in a bucket in the horse trailer :) so cute. I feel so lucky and blessed to have such a loving, wonderful, thoughtful family. I feel so loved! Tana kept hugging me and saying "Happy Muddahs Day, Mom, you're the best." She's such a kick. All weekend they had me laughing and smiling with their cuteness!
