Schlop, schlop, beautiful schlop - dr Suess
Well we got 2 1/2 inches of rain on Thursday and it made some poop soup schloppy pens out at the feedlot. We really didn't need any more moisture at the moment...the snow last weekend gave us plenty. There are some mud holes at the feedlot that when I ride my horse into it reaches my stirrups. You can see how sad the calves look in the rain. We ended up turning them out onto our farm fields around the feedlot just to get them out of the muck and mud and water...they are looking pretty good now. Not going to write too much, it's late, I'm tired and my computer is fowling, so I'm going to post quickly so it doesn't shut down on me or something. Laney and Tana are the cutest two little people I know...I know I'm WAY biased, but they are so awesome. Laney told me she wore this belt cuz she just felt like she had to be fancy today...her outfit just makes me laugh, so funny what she puts together. She is a little horse lover, as is Tana, they took turns riding today while I was vacuuming out the pickups...so darn cute. Love them so much, they make me smile, they make me laugh, they make me cry, they make me crazy, they make me LOVE more than I ever thought possible, they make my heart full, they make me a MOM who, at the end of the day, feels loved back and so very happy and thankful. We are a blessed family...so very blessed.
