4 year old feedlot star

Last week, Laney helped her dad at the feedlot. She rode River, and she cleared pens totally by herself. I really can't believe how well she rides. She neck reins so good, she uses her legs so good, and she loved it. She also helped count some of the cattle as they went back to the pen. But what totally impressed me, was she cleared a pen of bulls, brought them down the alley, and up onto the loading dock all by herself, with the help of Nap. Bulls are so awful to move, fighting with each other constantly, challenging other cattle in other pens, they are slow and try and come back on you...she didn't miss a beat, and got them up perfectly. She did so awesome! What was so cute was her reaction to her good job...just smiled humbly and asks Dad what else she can help with. She told him as she was going to bed "hey Dad, leave my door open so I can hear you when you get up. I'll come help you with the rest of those cattle." She is just so funny! She is quite the little girl! Last night she wanted to say the prayer for dinner, "Dear Lord, I love you, and I love all my dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens, and horses, and cows, and baby calves. Thank you for all the grace, blessings, love, and the food on my plate. Amen." Tana answers "Amen, Laney!" Too awesome!
