Just can't help but be a slacker poster...I still feel like I'm on vacation
Pics from 2 weeks ago...
The Gold Rush Days Parade...watching in a lounge chair after we walked 2 miles from where we had to park.
Laney riding River, with her tie-down and splint and bell boots on...cracks me up
Even Sis acts like she is on crack...well kind of...the hay down here is POTENT!!!
Happy 44 Scott!
Our newest...Snoopy
These next photos are from this last week...
our new water truck
the tack shed...and the hay barn
Blue Duck got a much needed bath...he was soooo mad at me
Laney's flower hair style...she did it all by herself...I even took her to the grocery store wearing this...LOVE her...some older grandpa looking man said to Laney "oh my, your hair is sooo pretty." Laney responds "Thanks, I know, I did it all by myself."
Laney has been trotting :) and "roping" the toy without a rope...working on her position, her swing, follow through and her dally :)
LOVE :)
I have some more really cute pics that I took on my new phone...but they wont appear in the blog...I'm trying to figure that out and will add them in my next post.
These days Laney is doing mental math, addition, subtraction, some division, starting to multiply. She is so funny and has the sweetest heart. Miss Tana is a wild child, still sort of resembles "pig pen" from Charlie Brown. She is counting to 10 in Spanish and saying all sorts of other things in spanish too. Her little voice is so cute, it's hard to be mad when she's "so sorry Mommy...I not do dat 'gen"
She's full contact...in everything...hugging - full contact, eating - full contact, dirt play - full contact, someget injured but she has good intentions.
I love watching these two grow. They are their own little people, that is for sure. I had some funnies written down too...it was on a grocery list somewhere around here...can't find it...I will add them next time as well.
One of the pics I was going to post from my phone was of yesterdays roping results...
Scott and I won 2 checks each! He and Nathan Brown won 1st in the Megabucks #10, Scott and I won 2nd in the Megabucks #10, and I won 3rd in the regular #10 :) It was a very good day and I rode Goose. I was so proud of him, he is working so good...Scott even used the word phenominal...so proud of my Goo Buddy!
