365 days gone by...

As I count down the hours and minutes until my daughter turns one, I can believe that A. a year has past B. that I even have a kid and C. that I'm about to celebrate her first birthday! She is such a little character. She loves to dance in the dishwasher, she loves to dance all the time, baby downward dog is her favorite pose most everywhere, and she can't get enough of peek-a-boo. She is now fascinated by the vents and loves it when the air blows in her hair. She gets her face right down in the breeze and then sits up and grabs her hair...there isn't much she does these days that doesn't make us laugh! She is standing up everywhere and walking holding on to things, but just hasn't ventured out to take that first step. She can't stop riding Sadie, and Sadie doesn't seem to ever care (saint). She is now mimicking Scott talking on his phone, and feeding herself with a spoon (well sort of). She is such a blast to be around, so animated, so expressive, so lovable and happy, we feel so lucky to have her and her be healthy and happy, she is pure joy to be around, even in those not so joyous moments :)
