Uncle Scott, Aunt Diana, Lilia & Grant visit, & Tana turns 10 Months

This week was really busy...another huge blog ;). Uncle Scott, Aunt Diana, Lilia and Grant were visiting, Tana turned 10 months, and we gathered and shipped our second set of cows and calves. Lilia and Grant both had their first horse rides. Lilia did great. Her Uncle Scott :) helped show her where to stand and how to walk up to them so they could see her, and she did a great job. Grant waved to all the cows and said "hi cuss...hi cuss". Laney and Lilia were really cute riding together, just chatting up a storm about birthday parties, I think. The third Uncle Scott, Uncle Volk, came with us to gather and ship this set of pairs. He roasted marshmallows with Laney and she ate her first s'more...took her awhile to fall asleep that night. It was a full, and fun week. The feedlot is filling up with calves. The weather is cooling off. We are chopping corn earlage this week. Gathering and shipping more pairs. It's definitely fall. Tana is everywhere. She loves to get under things and push things around. She gets under Laney's little pink table and pushes it all over the kitchen, and she does the same thing to her high-chair. She is starting to want to pull herself up on things. She gets on one knee and straightens the other out and will do partial stand up moves before she sits back down. She now has 4 teeth, her top front 2 and bottom front 2...and working on another. She LOVES signing...her favorite sign is book. She will just start signing book wherever, while I'm changing her diaper, while she's waiting for me to fix her food, while she's in the ergo baby carrier, and when you say "book" to her, she just smiles and starts playing peek-a-boo, which I think is her favorite game. She dances all the time. Whenever she hears any kind of beat or music, she just starts to bounce and dance. She is so cute. Her and Laney are quite the pair...so cute together. One kinda funny thing is when Tana has something in her hands that she's playing with or investigating, and Laney decides to take it from her (which she is getting better at not doing - not willingly) Tana makes he hands into fists and growls this short couple of frustrated sounding growls...it's really funny.
